High Performance High Chlorinated Polyethylene

Properties: HPE is soluble in ketone, ester, acetone and cthylene glyool, insoluble in cthanol and 200# gasoline. It has good solubility, fluidity and compatibility with most inorganic and organic pigments, such as alkyd resin (soluble in toluenc and xylene ) and thermoplastic acrylic resin. Additionally, it has good weather resistance, chemical resistance,oil residtance and oaone resistance. The same level of HE510.907Lt from Japlan importer.

Applications: HPE is mainly used to produce wear resistant, heavy corrosion resistant and self-extinguishing coatings, highgrade adhesives and high quality printing ink As coatings, it can be used in chemical equipment, oil field pipelines, offshore facilities, ship coatings, metallurgy and mine, salt industry, fishing ground, wastes treatment, transportation facilities, container and electrical equipment.

Characteristics:

1. Monocomponent,conveniently use and quick drying.

2. Good resistance property to weather,acid and alkali.

3. High content of chloride in the coating film. It can provide good mildew proofing and flame resistance property.

4. The properties of this coating are not affected by environmental temperature.

5. Because of good compatibility between the used and the row HPE resin, it is easy to recover.

HPE is typically used in heavy corrosion resistance coatings, ship coatings container coatings, self-extinguishing decorative coatings and anti-corrosive coatings for inner and outer wall of oil tanks.
